3.2 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.3 Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless
stated otherwise.
3.4 We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior
notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
3.5 Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product colors
may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
3.6 We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions. However,
we do not warrant that all descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.

- ORDERS

4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the
listed price, subject to these Terms.
4.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
4.3 Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placement.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order
may already be in processing.
4.4 In the event we cancel your order (due to stock unavailability,
pricing errors, or other reasons), we will notify you immediately
and issue a full refund.
4.5 Bulk orders (5+ units of the same product) may require prior approval.

- PAYMENTS

5.1 All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹).
5.2 We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery.
5.3 All online transactions are processed through secure, RBI-approved
payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details.
5.4 In case of a payment failure where the amount has been deducted,
please contact your bank and email us. Refunds for failed transactions
are processed within 5-7 business days.
5.5 For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the
time of delivery. Partial payments are not accepted.

- SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 We ship pan-India to 27,000+ pin codes.
6.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not
responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions,
strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
6.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
6.4 Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible damage to
the outer packaging must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- RETURNS & REFUNDS

7.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to our
Returns Policy.
7.2 Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
7.3 Certain products (opened perfumes, sale items, innerwear) are
not eligible for return.
7.4 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned
item passes quality inspection.
